There's something for everyone. Things you should know: I. PARKING Cafe Flat is within a plaza and shares a free parking lot with the adjacent businesses. II. SERVICE So sweet and generous..! The owner gave out samples of a chocolate swiss roll for all the customers to try at the cafe while I was visiting. They're great at keeping up with turning over the tables by keeping them clean between customers; also, this location is mindful with sounds so it is a perfect place to catch up with someone or get work done. III. QUALITY The cappucino I ordered was standard, but the chocolate swiss roll was very moist and soft ~ well made. I plan on coming back! IV.
