Not much to look at from the outside, and located in a sort of little alley behind a gas station but the vibe inside is like eating in a cozy cute shack. The food was good - Squid ink noodles came w/ generous amount of seafood with baby octopus, squid & shrimp perfectly cooked. They also added some salmon roe in the noodles giving salty little bursts to your bites which combined nicely w/ the lemon juice. But beware if you're on a first date, the ink will leave your teeth all lookin like gollum chowin raw fish.
The filet mignon was cooked perfectly medium rare and very tender & served w/ mashed potato & a tasty mix of roasted veggies.
The price was quite reasonable, filet mignon was $55 which seemed cheap compared to other places. And when the server asked if we would like some bread we were pleasantly surprised to find it was free which u don't see much anymore. It's a small place so not best for larger groups tho. read more
