The Sintra Sandwich had thick-sliced bacon, lots of scrambled eggs (although they were pretty one-sided & could've been a little more evenly distributed) & pepper Jack cheese on a light, pillowy- soft, golden-brown roll. The flavors of all these ingredients paired very well together! The cubed, roasted potatoes were perfectly cooked with a slight soft yet firm consistency.
The French Toast Trio featured thick-sliced, almost bread-pudding-like consistency French toast that melts in your mouth! This was a solid 5-star French toast. The bacon & scrambled eggs were good, but nothing spectacular.
