Great authentic Colombian food in a mall food court! This posting is for the Cafelombia food counter which shares the same space with Lola's Tex Mex. Cafelombia offers a good variety of prepared to order Colombian dishes and a good selection of Colombian bakery items. I grabbed a printed menu off the counter and looked over the tasty choices. I decided to place an online order via ToastTab and ordered the Pechuga en Crema de Mariscos ($16.95 plus tax) which included choice of 2 sides. My order was ready and bagged in about 20 minutes after placing my order. The entree was packed in a big foil container and one of my sides (Boiled Potatoes in red sauce) was packed in its own round container. The portion of food was generous. The main entree in the big tray had several grilled chicken topped with Colombian creamy seafood casserole sauce topped with shrimp and calamari, with tostones (my other side) and plantains.
