SCAM ARTISTS - BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered a solid rope chain and a solid diamond cut franco chain from Cali Grillz (Jewlers). The rope chain was sold as 4mm but it's just a hair over 3mm, it is stamped both 14k and 10k and it's should weigh 22.5g but comes in at 21g. The Franco weight is accurate but the website description says 4.5mm and it's 3.95 at its widest spot, 3.7 at the narrowest spot on the chain. Tried to resolve but they refused to take a phone call and would take 4-5 days to respond to each message. Finally had to get bank card involved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more
