TL;DR: I DO NOT recommend this Caliber location due to repeated mistakes and lack of attention to detail. My service advisor was Denisse. She often brushed off my concerns, provided false information, and allowed four separate mistakes to go undetected, including paint chips, paint scratches, and missing or incorrect accessory pieces. This shop has many 5-star reviews, but beware, as you might not be one of the lucky customers to receive outstanding service. Note that my car is not stock; it has multiple port-installed accessories that are not common on a standard Toyota Corolla. However, this shouldn't excuse what happened.
