From Moises' review
Feb 25, 2025
I generally only seek to write reviews for businesses on pretense of praising them for amazing service. Unfortunately this is not one of those reviews. My vehicle was unfortunately backed into at the start of August 2024 and taken to the Caliber on Valmont road to have a fender repaired. Upon originally receiving the vehicle, immediately I was completely baffled the total lack of care or standard to their repair. Body lines were off, the gaps were huge, and no part of the Non drive side fender or bumper was remotely aligned. Due to this I didn't even attempt to return my vehicle to this shop and asked to have it taken to the current shop that has been "attempting" to fix the vehicle. In early September my vehicle was backed into and had the front grille destroyed. Since the first time giving my vehicle to this shop I have returned twice, every-time to complete dissatisfaction. This is the last time they will touch my vehicle. They have returned the vehicle with improper gaps, fingerprints in the head liner, fog lights disconnected, air bags UNPLUGGED, constant lack of uniformity in panel gaps, and consistent attempts to push aside my concerns. On this latest return they did manage to plug everything in, but they completely misaligned the drive side fender, left the "new" bumper bulging STILL, and broke the tap between the bumper on fender on the drive side (which didn't even have damage that needed to be repaired). Upon attempting to critique and reclaim them for their work with the manager Brian and Tristan (who I assume Is the body tech), I was met with constant hostility and dismissal. Brian claims they have no way, to align their gaps with a brand new from Audi fender and front bumper. He claims it is impossible for his techs to have even gaps between one side and the other. He admits that they broke the tab. He than claimed I was attempting to have free work done by his shop, which is beyond unprofessional, as not once did I attempt to claim the damage that already existed on the vehicle be fixed by them for free. After this he claimed I was being rude to which I replied that I have done nothing but reclaim their shoddy workmanship, I have not raised my voice or made any personal attacks or reclamations. To this he replied "It's fine i'll fix the f*cking car!" He claimed they would be reaching out to someone above him, and I do dearly hope so. He then proceeded to walk off without a word, leaving me standing outside unsure of whether to take my vehicle or leave it. I will be reaching out to the insurance company and attempting to fix this absolute catastrophe of vehicle repair. If you like your car coming back to you just good enough, feel free to take it to this shop. I would never choose this establishment as somewhere to complete work on my vehicle. read more
