Caliber Collision completely ruined my 2024 Dodge Durango. From the factory, it had a flawless black glitter flake paint job, and they repainted it the wrong color -- flat black -- with bubbles in the finish. They also tried to pass off a non-OEM headlight until I pointed it out.
Even worse, they left my brand-new SUV out in the rain with no driver's side window installed. When I checked the car, there was water in the doors and on the seats. One of their staff brushed it off with, "It's not that much water." That's negligent and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, Shay -- the person assigned to help me -- had an attitude every time I pointed out mistakes. The only reason I gave even 1 star is because the GM, Ken, stepped in and handled things professionally, taking accountability and trying to make it right. But the damage was already done.
