I am so happy and blessed to have found this place. Yesterday while grocery shopping, I made a right turn and thought I just hit a curb to find out when I got to my parents that a whole strip was missing under my car doors. I drove back to find two pieces of my car on the sidewalk. Later I took my son to his guitar lessons and 3 teachers saw me trying to put the bigger piece on my car and came out to help me. Two of them claimed they have done this so many times and most places will pop it back right on for free or for just a tip and that made me so relieved but then I called "Fallbrook Auto Body & Paint", and told the lady that answered my situation, first she tells me she is going to need my VIN # to report it and my car insurance and went into deductibles and the manufacturer etc. and to come in today after 9:30 cause she's coming from riverside so she's a "half hour late everyday." This lady had me more nervous and losing sleep last night. I didn't feel comfortable going just there so this morning I did a Google search and went here first. The lady at the front was so nice and Julio came out and popped the side back on in 10 minutes at no charge. I cried cause I was so happy and relieved as we've had so much on our plate lately.
