Lots of reviews here about a heavier, older woman that is described as rude and dismissive. Her name is Martha, Canada Post has put her in a Senior position (she made that very clear to me). I was first going to say that she had me fighting back tears and it was possibly the worst customer service I have ever received - but it's actually Canada Post who is largely at fault here for enabling awful people. Maybe Martha would turn it around if she was held accountable. Shame on Canada Post. The pour young girl that has to work alongside her is clearly suffering as well. read more
