It's not just a catering place. They do serve to the public. They are located at the Frederick Health Village. For non-employees, the entrance is by the south entrance. They do have some seating and we didn't have any problem finding a table. We started with the Shrimp Salad sandwich and Chicken salad sandwich. Both were delicious. There were plenty of shrimp salad and chicken salad. The leftovers were still good. We left room for their beignets (special) they were pretty good - not as amazing as New Orleans but pretty good. In addition, we got a few bake goods to good and a mini ham and Swiss quiche. We definitely were not disappointed. This is definitely a hidden gem. read more
