I used to go to Kevin and he used to be great.. I did this review a while back and he threatened me to take it off. This is what I always asked for in the first photos minus the bling. The rest is what I got on my last visit ever in that place because he was pissed off for who knows what. Maybe I asked for my nails to be shorter, a different shape...who knows. You say or ask for anything thats not what they feel like doing and the whole place starts talking crap about you in Vietnamese. Youre supposed to sit down and just shut up basically and throw out your credit card. And then this is how my nails were done. Are you kidding me? The last pics was what they had to do on a brand new full set to fix my nails. I called about what he did and I know it was purposeful sloppy work and he did say he'd refund me. Well when I went up there they said I had to wait for Kevin. Well he comes in the salon with his phone in my face video taping me on it while yelling at me and telling me off threatening to post the video if I didn't remove my honest review. Kevin go on and post it dude ..really..please..it just shows the REAL you! I really dont care.. I did remove my review but this was bullsh*t and needs to be shared because this is not ok..ever! Whether you like a client or not you don't abuse and threaten them. Noone deserves to be treated like crap given a purposeful horrible outcome on their services with the money we spend in these places.
