I must admit that when I initially saw the menu, I knew my eyes were bigger than my stomach-- but I had to personally sample three of the pastas. My hubby opted for the fettuccine bolognese (not pictured because my husband ate it faster than I could photograph). I ordered the eggplant Parmesan, Rigatoni alla Norma, and the cacio e Pepe. Every. single. dish. was cooked to al dente perfection. I didn't have room for dessert but I decided to take my pasta leftovers to go to enjoy the next day so that I could sample the delicious tiramisu. I saw it arriving to the table next to us in an unbelievable presentation and knew I had to try it. Needless to say, I'm already planning my next visit.
