I came here for years starting when they opened around 2006. I was a regular customer for many years until about ten years ago when they started to get shoddy with the quality of services and cleanliness of the salon. I just went back for the second time in ten years hoping to see some positive changes and no such luck. The work station they had me sitting at wasn't wiped down when the person before me got up, they didn't wash off the residue from taking off my previous dip powered and instead just painted on top of it, I was burned by the electric file more than once, and the whole process took them less than thirty minutes! All of that aside, I think the worst part was that I made an appointment yesterday for 12 noon today, arrived at 11:55, and wasn't worked on until I said something at 12:40. They also worked on someone else without an appointment who arrived after me before they even acknowledged me. 10/10 DO NOT recommend! read more
