Capsule is now a complete operational and service DISASTER, like everything else in Miami. The NYC operation is supposedly better, but at this point, I can't recommend them to anyone regardless of location. You just can't trust them to deliver. Expect HOUR-long hold times if you call (with NO estimated queue duration or any callback options). If you chat in the app, expect1-2 DAYS before they respond. All while they make careless mistakes on their end while processing medication: Deliveries to the wrong address, incorrectly-recorded refill dates, and full days going by from the time the doctor sends the prescription to Capsule for filling (despite their texts saying it'll be ready in "4 hours"). Capsule's entire value prop is convenience, so at this point there is no reason to use them. Use Walgreens or CVS so you can actually speak to a human and make sure you get the medication you need on time. No one has evangelized Capsule like I have since the launched in NYC years ago.
