I was in desperate need of a car wash and wax. I called their office at 8:30am on a Saturday to check how long the wait was. Luckily they said it was not too busy today and I would be able to get taken care of right away. There was about 3 cars ahead of me when I arrived. I decided to do the Express Hand Wax service. That includes wash, wax, vacuum, and interior wipe down. I left my car and phone number with Maria, who is so sweet and was a pleasure to speak to. This location is next to to a plaza with lots of good food/drink options (Starbucks, Aroma Craft Coffee, Ten Ren, Waba Grill, Del Taco, etc). It was easy to kill time at this plaza while I waited for my car to get cleaned. If you don't want to take the short walk to the plaza, there's also a shaded waiting area with tables and chairs next to the car wash. About 1 hour later, Maria called me to let me know that my car was ready for pick up. I was at Starbucks so it was about a 3-5 minute walk back. They handed me my keys and I was on my way. My car looked soooo clean and shiny on the outside. The inside was vacuumed super well and everything was wiped down pretty decently. I do think they could have done a slightly better job about getting in the smaller nooks and crannies. Like they did not clean the side door pockets, and there was still a little dirt in some corners of of the cup holders. But overall, I think it was worth the price.
