I am thrilled with my new Charles of London sofa bed from Carlyle. This is the third sofa I've owned from Carlyle in 50 years. The service and quality is as good as it's always been. Tiersa was easy to work with and always available and helpful. When she wasn't there, Ana stepped in and provided support. The delivery process was fast and easy, despite the fact that the delivery person said that it was the most difficult delivery he ever made. We live in a Federal Style building that was built in 1828. Evidently couches the size of ours weren't commonly purchased at that time. Space is tight, to say the least. He was professional and careful in maneuvering the couch through the narrow hallway and into our living room. My couch is beautiful and comfy! read more
