We had Carpenter &Smith replace our 275 gallon oil tank. This was a two day process as on the second day they had to add a post to protect the tank. The first two technicians worked through the heat wave all day and were professional. However I think after a long hot day the final details were rushed and not to my satisfaction. In the garage the oil line was long, and not secured to ceiling. The same line Inside the house went diagonally down the wall in the most obnoxious manner. I called the company and stated my concerns. Julien # 696 was the new technician sent. He understood my concerns, and took great care in addressing the stated issues. Instead of trying to fix what was done, he started over and was able to run the oil line in the most discrete manner in both the garage and inside the house .
