I worked with Max and his team at Carrera Construction to address some updates requested by insurance on my rental property in Milwaukee. The updates included replacing the garage roof/trim/gutters, painting the garage, fixing the garage service door, realigning the fence, rebuilding the porch railings, and adding balusters to the rear deck/balcony. He also added some gravel to the parking slab. Max was very easy to communicate with remotely and addressed all of my concerns.
