Chef Ishmael is the real standout. With over 17 years of sushi experience, his ability to blend traditional nigiri with Mexican spices and flavors is thoughtful and masterful. As someone who loves salsa machas, I was blown away by how seamlessly he incorporated them to elevate the fish without overpowering it.
