Excellent food and service. The food is simple, fresh and delicious- as great food usually is! Our server spoke English. It seems we were the only tourists in the restaurants; all others seemed like locals many of whom were very friendly with the owner and the servers (perhaps longtime repeat patrons - always a great sign!). Everything we had was delicious: 1. Antipasto of mixed seafood 2. A pappardelle pasta with porchini mushrooms (the mushrooms were fresh, not dry!) 3. A grilled steak (it looked like a good sized porterhouse) 4. House red wine (served in a clay pitcher for the table) 5. A litre bottle of mineral water 6. A house made cheesecake 7. A house name tiramisu Our bill was about 61 euro. At home this meal would have been at least double that! Highly recommend all around! read more
