I never use dry cleaning services but needed my husbands button down shirt from our wedding cleaned and decided to go here. When I came to pick it up the first time it had a new stain on the back, then I came to get it the second time after they had run it through again and it had even MORE stains on it! So shirt was left even messier than when I started. They refunded me, as they should have, but now I have to go find another place to try to clean it: attached photos taken while at dry cleaners. Can tell collar and cuffs weren't cleaned and still had other stains on shirt that THEY put on it! read more
