Easy to use. Bought my round trip ticket in the baggage claim area while waiting for my luggage to come in. There was a CAT agent and small kiosk. Or use a kiosk closer to the ramp to the CAT area. Everything related to CAT is well marked, it's bright lime green. Arrows and lines on the floor made it a breeze. It's a direct line from Vienna Airport VIE to the Wien Mitte station. It takes 15 minutes. Each car has an area for luggage. Taking it back to the airport was just as easy. I looked for the lime green CAT signs, following them down to the platform. Popped out in the airport. At the airport I followed the HOTEL sign out. Catching a flight early the next morning. Keep your ticket handy. No one checked it going to the city, but an agent punched everyone's on the way back. There are cheaper ways into the city, but this was very clean and basic for me to use. 21€ round trip. read more
