I know many people love the concept of an indoor play facility for children. I thought the idea was amazing myself! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! Especially with parties. THE OWNER(RYAN) AND THE SMALL CORPORATE TEAM(CAILE, JERIMIAH, DOUGLAS, DWAYNE) IS THE REASON THERE ARE BAD REVIEWS! THEY DONT GIVE US SUPPORT AS EMPLOYEES AT THE ACTUAL FACILITY they made a ridiculous 40 min rule on birthdays that in checking the reviews you will see I am not lying. Then dont give us support, care about the employees, or back us up when we are just enforcing the rules of the business, dealing with their computer systems that always are causing issues, or even false advertising for specials that THEY place online. The Owner(Ryan) just wants your money to open and close the store everyday not caring about the bad experiences customers have. I have tried many times to make suggestions to improve and train as well as I could with the resources and time they give us. There is a huge lack of training so customers get upset when they just hire whoever with no experience for the pay they offer. As an employee I was fired this morning with no reason or warning....as you can see I (Nicki/Nikki) have reviews galore with the amazing customer service and rapport I have with regulars, fellow employees, and even many first timers ....I have NEVER been written up for a disciplinary action.....never been sat down to speak on any issues, and even was told I was being considered to lead a training program since I work so well by the current HR manager(DWANYE). The HR position has been changed 4 times since I have started working and we have not even been open a year. I have seen and spoke with the current HR directly 3 times and the precious one twice and all great conversations no mention of issues at all on my end. The store manager (LAMAR) has had no issues with me and actually cried with me before I left. The kitchen manager(George) has many bad reviews in the kitchen for food issues, does not show up for work, constantly does inventory incorrectly (has been written up) and even had a drug situation at Catch Air that was brought to corporates attention (JERIMIAH) and they were to busy (lazy) to investigate (HIS DIRECT WORDS)and they both are still working there. Staff and many customers were like family to me! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT BAD COMPANIES WITH GOOD CONCEPTS....CHECK OUT POKKIDOS, HAPPY HIPO, AND TINY TOWNE ETC.
