The menu took a bit of explaining from the staff. They only had steak, chorizo, and birria available that night. I mentioned to the staff the al pastor was too salty and a bit of pineapple would be great. The pastor was WAY too salty. The other meats in the tacos were great. They ran out of salsa cups, so it was delivered in a snack ziplock bag. I should have asked for a spoon for the salsa. Good food truck with a lot of potential. read more
