It's official!!! I will be buying ingredients and making my bowls at home. People do not care what they serve you! I went in to grab a quick bit to eat. The place was clean, the servers had on head covers and were sooooo polite and I did not fault them at all for not knowing that the black lentils were hard or undercooked. The manger tasted them and told them to remake my bowl, but I had noooooo clue that they would make it with the exact same hard lentil I had just complained about. Yes, I made it all the way back home and started crunching down on hard lentils again on the remake bowl. I love Cava but I refuse to give them another opportunity to get it wrong.
