Apartment management is beyond terrible, the intial move in inspection was rushed and the lady said it is okay for there to be normal wear and blah blah blah just to nit pick absolutely everything at the end and eat up your security deposit and bill you for trumped up cleaning charges for absolutely nothing. I spent 3 days deep cleaning the apartment for it to be white glove inspection ready. Just for her to come in and say a spec of dirt on the washer required the whole area to require cleaning.(im not exagerating. I have pictures). The president of the United States does not have maids up to the standard of the manager named Listina. God help you if you didnt scub the walls to pure white. You'll be billed for the upkeep of an old and rundown apartment. In summary never go here. Managment gets a cut of your deposit or gets kickback from the cleaning people or both.
