I had tickets at Mad Cow Theater and Central Garage has a deal with them for $5 flat rate, so no-brainer to park here if you plan to go to the theater (just make sure you validate the parking ticket with the theater front desk to get the deal!). Some things to keep in mind however - you still have two more blocks that you have to walk from Parking garage to the Theater and its crossing a busy street with cars, so if you happen to be running late, it's not really ideally situated. - its situated right opposite the fire-station and so if they get a call out and/or the fire trucks returning back, it'll take you some time to cross the street and head towards the theater - if it's a shorter play (like under 2 hours or thereabouts) then the Garage will still charge you $5 flat rate rather than $4, so be cognizant of having to pay out that extra buck if you get your parking ticket validated by the theater.
