Not the nicest of of Blackpool's three piers. It's *littered* with cheap amusements (Ferris wheel, "casino", food stalls) - so it's more attractive for children. Unlike the North Pier, it doesn't invite you to just walk quietly. The Pirate Bar at the end of the pier is huge and okay, but still not as inviting as "The Sunset Lounge" on the North pier - though the beer selection is better. The Blackpool Tower & North Pier are within walking distance, so why not go there instead? read more
