This event space which is located at the heart of downtown Round Rock is relatively small and is probably less than 2000 ft.² inside. It's a great place for a medium sized company meeting of 40 or so people. The obvious problem I spotted was that you are relegated to street parking since they only have a handful of spaces in back. Some of the pros I will mention are the fact that they do actually have an elevator off to the side of the building. Upstairs in the Center they do have a full kitchen complete with refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a nice outdoor balcony with additional seating and there are two glass garage doors which can be raised. They have a nice lounge area in the corner along with two bathrooms located behind the kitchen. There is a 6 x 8' flat screen for presentations on the side wall along with a smaller 3 x 4' one on the other wall. They also have plenty of tables and chairs for the event space if you need them. There does seem to be an area which appears to be a stage area, although it only has two plugs, but it does have some effect lighting. As for the cons, I've already mentioned that you will be competing for street parking. The upstairs room itself has no sound deadening material so it gets very loud. No laminate or carpeted flooring, just concrete. Basically, this is just a good acceptable 31/2 star venue to host corporate meetings or quiet remembrances.
