Typical ram with a 68rfe went bad, after being 3 months past "100% will be fixed by then" it lasts 1 month (4,000ish miles) before the pump failed. Take it back in for warranty. Another 3 months and "it's fixed". 2 months later def pump goes out from def going bad due to sitting for a total of 6 months (should've drained it and that's on me) 4 months later I get it fixed and 10,000 miles later I have a transmission full of neutrals, drop the pan to find every bolt (that was still in there) finger tight, spin on filter sitting in the pan, valve body bolt 1 turn from coming out and the rest finger tight. 100/100 wouldn't let this chop shop even put air in my tires. 6k wasted.
