Holy sh--! That's my reaction as a HKer upon finally being able to try this super hyped place, and upon looking at the menu I knew the line would be worth it. They have everything a lover of HK cafes could want. The bolo baos (pineapple buns) with slab of butter, or even satay beef. The classic baked rices and noodles. The HK breakfast items including fried French toast with Malaysian gaya jam and satay beef and other things over instant noodles. The egg sandwiches. So classic HK! My son and I both got baked rices and we both absolutely loved it. I got the Portuguese rice and the chicken was fantastic- very tender, yet crispy on outside. The sauce was light coconut curry, done well and goes so well with the rice. I also had some of my son's pork chop classic and the tomato sauce is right on and pork chop perfect. I so look forward to going back here and trying every single thing on the menu!!!! read more
