I had a horrible experience with another nail salon who cut my toenails way too short causing ingrown toenails that I had to cut out and do first aid on. So when I walked in to Champlain Nails the first time I was nervous, that is until the owner heard what happened and assessed my toes. He was not happy, stating how horribly dangerous it is to cut nails that way. He then went to work making sure the lady who did my nails knew how to fix them. I had to leave with them uneven for my safety, because of how the other salon had butchered my nails. Believe me I was okay with that. They were very gentle and kind. He knew his stuff. He even educated me on the white spots on My nails and encourage me to stop back at the other nail salon to report what happened so it never happens to another customer again!
