I came in around 6:40 pm on a Monday to avoid the crowds and had an amazing almost private experience. First, I apologized to the store manager who greeted me downstairs as well as the SA who got assigned to help me because I was coming in around closing time at 7 pm. They were both extremely helpful and friendly. I knew I wanted to check out the remaining luggage bags since the brand has stopped making them. Yuyu, the SA who helped me (I hope I'm spelling that right), was so professional and enthusiastic. She gave me refreshments and made me feel incredibly welcome. We chatted and laughed.
