We have always loved the Chang's in Gladstone but we recently moved closer to this location so we wanted to try it out. We'll definitely be making the drive to Gladstone in the future. This location doesn't feel very clean or kept up to give me a great feeling about dining here. The food area where we make our bowls was filled with beef but many other choices were almost gone. This area was very messy as well. Possibly from a busy lunch crowd but it wasn't wiped down or cleaned up at all. Our food was grilled nicely and everything seemed throughly cooked. The staff was reasonably friendly but we weren't offered any additional rice or wraps while we dined. In a party of 5 we each only had 1 plate because we just weren't happy with our dishes. Somehow they tasted nothing like what we were use to at the other location even though we made them just like we always do.
