I visited Char with my friends on Friday night! We sat in the bar area accompanied by the live pianist. The lighting is low and moody. We started off with cocktails and appetizers, which consisted of the Pamaritas, Espresso Martini, a cup the soup of the day (Shrimp bisque) and the Award-Winning Crab, Shrimp & Andouille Gumbo. Our cocktails were perfectly crafted. The cups of soups were hot and delicious. Our server also brought us bread service. For entrees, we ordered the chicken piccata with mashed sweet potatoes and sautéed spinach, redfish with a wedge salad, and the spinach crisp with chicken. Everything was really good. Absolutely no complaints. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience and I look forward to going back in the future. read more
