Fresh oyster, perfect cheese, pan-seared endives sucked in all the flavor from the pork broth
Entree
Pheasant cooked to perfect.
Pheasants are much harder to cook than chickens. Will be very chewy and dry if over cooked. I was a bit worried when I ordered it.
Dessert
A 5 dollar cream brûlée like this. Did you expect that?
Servers here are all very professional and so familiar with every single dish on the menu. Where the oysters are from, flavor of the beer, how the entrees are cooked etc.
I won't be surprised if these food were served in downtown Montreal for double the price. A must-come restaurant in my opinion. read more
