This charger isn't free but it's located in a really good spot where you might find yourself needing electricity. It is at the intersection of State Route 70 that joins Bradenton and Fort Pierce, with US 98 which is next to the Okeechobee police department. You're pretty far from the high speed Superchargers along I-95. There are four chargers here - four CCS, three NACS and one CHAdeMO. All are running at 125 kW with the prices set by Florida Power & Light. Guest session is $0.99 and it's $0.30 per kW. As you're right in front of the police station, it has a nice feel for security.
