RUN. DO NOT HIRE. I hired Chaz to replace and repair all upstairs bathroom plumbing to the main stack. He claimed everything was completed properly -- it absolutely was not. We immediately had repeated leaks from the bathtub, sink, and toilet. He had to come back over and over again to fix his own sloppy work. For weeks, water leaked from my upstairs bathroom straight into my kitchen. The breaking point was when the main stack connection behind the wall failed, flooding the inside of my walls. We didn't even know at first because it was hidden -- meanwhile, sewage was soaking behind my kitchen cabinets. When confronted, Chaz said it had been "over a year" and that he wasn't responsible. I then hired a reputable plumber who confirmed the disaster: the PVC pipes should have been glued and sealed, but instead Chaz used a too-short Fernco coupling that was completely inappropriate for the job. This guy is a walking liability. What looks like a "cheap deal" will cost you THOUSANDS in repairs, stress, and damage cleanup. Save yourself the nightmare. Zero stars. read more
