Stiges is a beautiful place to visit. With a large selection of restaurants to choose from across the entire shore! We decided to choose Ché Latin American Grill because it was a change from your everyday Spanish tapas. It has a nice spacious terrace with an over head enclosure that gives you a little break from the sun. The service was a bit slow, we had to wave to the servers when we wanted a menu, wave when we wanted to order, wave when we wanted to change or fix something and wave for the bill (I guess I'm spoiled by North American service?!). I ordered the beef short ribs and fries. The beef ribs were nothing like what they were displayed on their picture on the menu. Not complaining as I LOVE meat, but I was served two gigantic sized ribs. In most cases I would be delighted however I'm not sure my ribs were grilled at the right temperature. I asked for a medium cook, the meat and intramuscular fat seemed solid and the gelatinizes were super rubbery making it very hard to cut and super hard to chew. I sent it back to be grilled a little more and they came back out almost 15 minutes later as my friends and I were paying for the bill! Ultimately the menu is inviting and the prices fairly decent, but I'm not 100% sure if I would recommend. In addition I'm not sure if they're listed as another name but I had to add them on Yelp which speaks much on their credibility. My friends somewhat enjoyed their meals despite the service, so I give them 3 stars for that, menu items and location. read more
