I work the construction industry in roads. Doing the airport we used a 30kmh sign at night while paving. These guys must have seen 80. And not just 1 cab. Ignorant self righteous a holes. Their on their phones all the time... cut you off with no signals... too fast.. too slow. Unpredictable at best! As a professional driver and instructor with 37 years experience in don't see how you'd put your life in their hands. I recommend if you're in a taxi... any taxi.
