Chef Colus is open again under new ownership and with a new menu. Went in for lunch, it wasn't busy at all. Service was good and the open faced steak sandwich was even better. The steak is listed as 8oz but seemed bigger and was cooked perfectly to order. Entrees come with salad or fries and a beverage. read more
