I've been coming here for the Mongolian stir-fried noodles since middle school (almost 20 years!) when they had a different name, and the Mongolian bbq has been consistent during those almost 2 decades and remains an amazing value. The concept remains the same: Get a tray and bowl; load up your bowl with veggies and noodles; drizzle your own concoction of sauces like teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, and more; and then when it's your turn to have your order stir fried, tell the cook what protein you'd like with your meal.
