Been meaning to get to Barrel of Minks Brewery for a few years and it took DDD feature the Cheffrey Eats food truck to get me there. The barnyard burger featured on the show looked amazing in person, but it was only noon and I just could not eat that much! The Old School burger was perfect. 7 oz smashed burger ( a little salt heavy) with melted cheddar, thin red onion slice, lettuce, tomato and yummy crisp delicious sweet/sour bread and butter pickles. Next time I will be sure to order the fried pickles. Fries are hand cut, cooked right and tasty. The palpable pepper makes them really stand out. They offer 4 cheesecake mason jars. We tried the brownie batter version and I will go back just for that. Despite just being featured on DDD the service was excellent with Chef Jeffrey taking and delivering orders to tables.
