With limited options for a to go egg sandwich in the morning in the area, this place fits the bill. My go to is the sausage , egg and cheese on a roll , perfectly cooked every time and a coffee. Eight bucks. Coffee is free with an egg sandwich on Mondays. Located on Lawrence just south of Gateway. They also have ham , and bacon, empanadas, hash browns and other items, all freshly made to order. And they have a full lunch menu as well.
