Horrible experience. Owner made a mistake processing my hair. I told her let's just stop because I didn't have confidence her... But she assured me that she can fix it. She processed it again and now it feels like straw and the color is horrible. Just kept saying over and over again that she knew what she was doing. She was supposed to highlight the grey with white streaks and she totally stripped the color (grey, brown) from everywhere. Photo is what my hair look like before, And the crazy horrible yellow color that she left me with. I was in her salon 6 1/2 hours. I literally am sick to my stomach at how terrible she's made me look. My hair was natural and had had no color on it... it was naturally highlighted gray with the white as it was growing in... I just wanted more white. I had been letting the gray grow out for five years. Now my hair is like straw and varying degrees of orange, yellow, and white... Quotes from color correction specialists are $200 plus and at lest 2 visits required. Wish she would've been honest with me and told me she didn't know how to do color and didn't have proper supplies. I should have known when she had to leave to go get a supply. .
