Nest is my go to for the best coffee, ever, of all time. These peeps know what they're doing, their coffee is AMAZING. I also highly recommend the fruit toast, there is none of that dried up, way too spiced, supermarket style toast here. It's all plump fruit and hidden surprises like delicious walnuts. I had been eating this for breakfast pretty much every day for the past 5 weeks and I have to admit that my pants are getting a little tight most likely due to the amount of butter that the kitchen slathers on there... suggest if you like fitting into your pants to ask for maybe LESS butter but what can I say, I love the taste. They also do other breakfast goodies like CROQUE MADAME which I think needs to be ordered in a french accent for authenticity. This is high on my list of things to eat if I'm ever not running late for work which doesn't seem all that likely. Lunch time is also covered, the burgers are pretty damn tasty and come served with potato crisps, which makes me feel like I'm in america or something - how multicultural is this place? I love the spicy burger (burger number two) which comes with jalapenos and some spicy sauce which I think may actually be this fab chipotle mayo that I found at Pennisi one time, it's all creamy and smokey and spicy - basically awesome. There is a small selection of muffins and slicey-cake things if you're into that sort of thing but they haven't been delicious looking enough to entice me, but I'm a hard cake task-master. I say definitely come here for the coffee if you're in Spring Hill (or if you're extremely fit and want to walk up from the city because that hill is seriously HORRIBLE to walk up), grab some toast if it's brekky time, or get into a burger if you're around at lunch. read more
