My daughter and I went to the store on turner plz in abilene and ordered the family meal #16 and it was supposed to come with 16 pieces of chicken and 3 family sides and rolls.. we got home and found that we got 1 side of mashed potatoes and 2 rolls and 12 pieces of chicken.. missing alot of my order and when I called the store to talk about it I was hung up on 4x and then finally spoke with someone claiming to be a manager and was extremely rude and said that it wasn't her problem that I didn't get what I ordered and to deal with it since I didn't check my order before I left the store then proceeded to hang up on me again! I'm so irate angry! After that happened I doubt very seriously that I will go back unless someone fixes what happened to me! It's not customer service at all the way I was treated and talked to.. horrible read more
