We've ordered from China Chef dozens of times and this restaurant is consistently delicious and gets it right every time. Other restaurants you go to more than once, the flavor might be different from one time to the next, but not here. Not only that, but the food is always piping hot, you receive large portions with rice packed sides and wontons or egg rolls whichever comes with the entree, the fried items are properly prepared, not greasy. You can tell the rice is always freshly made and which ever entrees you order they are done on the spot, not leftovers or sat around all day under a heat lamp. You'd never know to look at the building from the street, but don't hesitate to go inside. There are always folks going in and out picking up their orders. We frequently call ahead (they even know our voice, that's how often we go here). It's a family operation which to me always means integrity goes into the efforts.
