Upon entering to pick up my To-Go order, I felt the business might be struggling due to Covid. I felt good about giving them business and wanted to make sure I gave them a tip. I waited about 15 minutes longer than the 20mins they quoted, which was fine. Once I got my meal I was happy to get it home. When we opened up the items it was clear they got it wrong. The chow mein was a soup; with no noodles and nothing resembling chow mein. The sweet/sour pork was simply fried pork something. No sauce or vegetables. I called and stated they gave us the wrong items, only to be told I was wrong and argued with. I told them I would send pictures. Sent pictures attached and asked for refund of the chow mein and sweet/sour pork. No response. The wontons in my wonton soup were just bland with no filing. Moo shoo pork was unrecognizable and tasted terrible. I should have read the reviews first. By far the worst Chinese food (Americanized or traditional) I've ever had. Oh, and a child is working the cash register... Panda Express would have been gourmet compared to this. Praying we don't get sick! read more
